Nationals or Residents physically abroad

28 USC §§ 1783 and 1784).

process may be accomplished by various
methods (depending on the circumstances of
the case), and includes registered mail to the
last known address, by publication, and
personal service. Foreign law firms have found
it helpful and in many cases necessary, to
engage the services of an American process
server such as HLS with experience and
knowledge in the Republic to guide and assist
locating the Service-Target to perfect the
process on Americans and non-Americans
living &/or hiding in the Republic of the
Philippines.
