HLS is Hawaii's only Office of Service of Process providing service statewide on
all Hawaiian Islands at a single island wide FLAT Fee that includes:
|* Except Non-legitimate RUSH request Downtown is an additional $25.00.
Legitimate RUSH is process because a document must be served for a close or nearing court
hearing or other aticulated deadline date, versus a client just wanting everything to be done now.
Routine = within 3 days of receiving your paper
RUSH = within 48 hours of receiving your paper
SAMEDAY = day your paper received
Dedicated Serve: is defined as process service under conditions with a fixed date, time &/or
location (i.e., passenger arrival or departure at airport, courthouse appearance, child visitation
pick-up or drop-off, intercept target at specific meeting or engagement) and is not consider as a
Flat Fee service rates.

|The FLAT Fee schedule may only cover 99.9% of the locations throughout the Hawaiian Island.
Many locations are remote and have limited accessibility (i.e, Hana, volcano summits) or
zero inplace of service officers (i.e., Hana, Niihau Island). If you are unsure whether an
